Amazing hotel with kind and smiling staff. They speak English too which is really convenient. Good location, close to the train station and good places to visit. The room has a desk and a good wifi connection to work if needed. Unfortunately only two power outlets but I'm maybe too picky. It has a really big window and a bathtub so you can relax or enjoy the sun of Taiwan 🌞 I'll definitely go there again if I have to come back to this city.

The staff speak English and are helpful and accomodating. The location is close to the main station, which makes it easy for travelers to go aroubd Hsinchu. The room is spacious and full of amenities, and is well-maintained. The bathroom is large as well and with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean room. The stuff were very helpful, no problem with speaking English. Great price and less than 5 min walk from main Hsinchu train station. I picked the room with window but the window was actually only in the bathroom, for me that's still great though.

Staff was very helpful and found us a driver at short notice, to take us around the region. For breakfast you needed to pay 300TWD. It is worth it as there are varied choices of food for breakfast. Location was excellent as you only need to walk 5 minutes from Hsinchu train station.

Very close to the Chenghuang Miao night market. Very convenient. They also let us store two bikes. The lobby has free coffee, tea and water. The staff was very nice.
